To you, my client, I offer a 100% fully refundable payment if you are not satisfied with the services PPF provides. For software consulting agreements and related contracts, this will be superseded by the contract terms per our agreement.
Refund Policy - the basics
Bottom line is I want happy clients. If you're not happy, we'll fix it.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Once a refund request has been received, I will return any processed payments within 48 hours, if not same day.
