ABOUT AARON

Hi, I'm Aaron.

I help small businesses figure out where AI makes sense — and build it when it does.

I spent more than 20 years leading software engineering teams, including serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Certona before its acquisition by Kibo Commerce. Today, I bring that experience directly to small-business owners who want practical help using AI without having to build an internal technology team.

Why I started PPF Success

For most of my career, I worked inside companies with dedicated engineering teams and the resources to turn ideas into working technology. Small-business owners operate in a very different environment — the same pressure to improve the business, but far less time and technical support to sort through what’s worth pursuing.

As AI became more capable and accessible, I saw an opportunity to bring some of that engineering experience directly to smaller businesses — practically, personally, and without requiring them to build a technology organization of their own.

That became PPF Success: a way for me to work directly with business owners, understand where technology could make a meaningful difference, and help turn the right ideas into something useful.

The way I approach that work is shaped by three principles I’ve carried with me for years.

Positivity. Patience. Focus.

Positivity

Approaching the problem believing there’s a useful way forward, even when the first idea isn’t right.
Patience

Taking the time to understand the business, the people, and the details before rushing toward a solution.

Focus

Keeping the work tied to the outcome we’re trying to improve instead of getting distracted by every new tool or possibility.

That’s how I want working with PPF Success to feel too: thoughtful, practical, and centered on what will genuinely help the business.

What working with me looks like

When you work with PPF Success, you work directly with me. I’m the person learning about your business, helping shape the direction, and doing the technical work behind what we decide to build.

That direct involvement helps me keep the details connected — what you’re trying to improve, how your customers interact with the business, and what the technology needs to do to be useful.

I’ve intentionally kept PPF Success personal. My goal is for you to know who you’re working with, be able to ask questions in plain English, and understand why we’re making the decisions we make.

If that sounds like the kind of working relationship you’re looking for, the easiest place to start is a conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this actually work for a small home-service business, or is this built for bigger companies? PPF Success is built to help small, service-based businesses β€” HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, and similar trades included. The approach is the same regardless of size: understand how the business runs, where the friction is, and what’s worth improving before recommending anything.

Want to see whether AI makes sense for your business?

The easiest place to start is a 30-minute conversation about what you’re trying to improve and whether there’s a useful next step.

No prep required. Just bring the business questions you’re trying to solve.
