Contact and booking information — when you book a free AI Opportunity Review or fill out a contact form, I collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business.

Chatbot conversations — Pip, the AI assistant on this site, may ask for your name, email, and a short message if you'd like a personal follow-up from Aaron. You're never required to share this to keep chatting with Pip.

Website analytics — like most websites, ppfsuccess.com uses standard analytics tools (such as Wix Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.

How I use this information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule your free strategy call. To follow up personally if you've asked Pip to pass your info along. To keep track of leads and conversations in my customer relationship management (CRM) system, so nothing falls through the cracks. To improve this website and Pip's helpfulness over time.

I do not sell your personal information. I don't share it with third parties except the tools I use to run PPF Success (for example, my scheduling, CRM, and chatbot platforms), and only as needed to provide the service you've requested.
